THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO THE DOWNLOAD AND/OR USE OF "SEGMENT CHECKER" SOFTWARE

The Fieldbus Segment Checker is freeware for the design and validation of fieldbus segments.

Installation of this software in no way transfers title or ownership of the software to the recipient. Title and ownership remain with Pepperl+Fuchs.

By downloading, installing, copying or otherwise using Segment Checker, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License Agreement.

You expressly disclaim any warranty for the Segment Checker. The Segment Checker is provided “as is” without any warranty of any kind, especially when modifications are made by you.

The entire risk arising out of the use or performance of the Segment Checker remains with you.

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Place of jurisdiction is Mannheim, Germany.

If any part of this agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the Agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms.

If you don’t agree with above terms and conditions, you may not download, access nor use the Segment Checker.
